Hidden Paradise in Christchurch

This house is amazing, it is situated in Cass Bay, a quiet Bay overlooking Lyttelton Harbour, a short 20min drive from Christchurch CBD. It's great for families & also groups. On it's backdoor step are world class walks & mountain bike tracks. It is a 5 min drive to Lyttelton, a very cool suburb overlooking the harbour with cool bars & restaurants known for it's music scene. The house has a pool & spa pool, table tennis & even a skate board ramp & just a few steps down to a secluded sand beach. The space The house has 3 levels. On the top floor are 2 large bedrooms, both with super king size beds and a bathroom with shower and walk in robe. The middle floor has the kitchen, two living areas, one with a gas fire, and a dining area. It also has 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. There is a bathroom with a double shower and bath, and also a seperate powder room. The lower floor has a large lounge with TV, which can also be set up with 2 trundler beds if you have 12 guests, it has another bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. The laundry is also on this level. Please note that some of the furniture is different to the images. Other things to note Please note the pool is not heated during the winter months. The spa pool is heated all year around. There are only 5 bedrooms, so if you have 12 guests we will need to set up 2 trundler beds either in the large lounge on the lower level or in one of the other bedrooms.
