It shares this premier beachfront placement with a matching seven-bedroom home right next door named Beaux Soleil that accommodates 16. These 2 homes make a great wedding venue, allowing the bride to have one home, and the groom to have the other. Passing through the first floor entryway, guests will make their way up to the second floor where they will find the gulf front, open floor plan living area. With modern styling and décor, an abundance of natural lighting, and a cool color pallet, the entire living space proves welcoming and cheery. The gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel Dacor appliances including a six-burner gas range. There's even a second ice maker. Off of the kitchen lies the dining area while additional seating is available at barstools along the kitchen counter or at the al fresco dining area on the private balcony. The living room is complete with a large sofa, two arm chairs, a swivel chair and a flat screen TV. A half bath services the second-floor living area. A Queen Suite with an en suite bath rounds out the second floor space. The third floor houses two additional suites, the first of the home’s two bunk rooms, and a laundry nook. The gulf-front Master Suite is complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, private balcony access, and an en suite Master Bath with dual sinks and a standalone shower.
