Discover a beautiful 110 m² villa located in the municipality of Pietrosella, on the south bank of Ajaccio. Enjoy a large terrace with swimming pool to enjoy the sunset in the water or during the aperitif. You will have 3 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed) with their private shower rooms. A spacious and bright living room for board game evenings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area ideal for discovering Corsican gastronomy. Book as soon as possible! Guest access Check-ins Our check-in times are scheduled between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office hours. As specified in the house rules, for any check-in after 8 p.m., a surcharge will be applied as follows: - €20 for check-in until 10pm, - €30 for check-in after 10pm. This measure is necessary to allow one of our employees to remain available to assist you when needed. Early check-in is possible subject to availability: - from 8 a.m. (€60) - from 12pm (€40) - from 2pm (€20) For proper organization, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your arrival. ---------- Checkouts Checkout time is 10am.
