Guest/ back house with private driveway for 2 vehicles. We live in the front house you will enter the back house thru the driveway into the backyard. 15 minutes from Disneyland. 5 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City 30 minutes from many beach cities 1 hour to Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Universal Studios The perfect central location to see all the best of Orange County and Los Angeles. please note: we have 3 small dogs that use the backyard from time to time. Small pets welcome. Two-bedroom one bathroom guest home with private backyard seating area. Please don't smoke in the home. No problem at all if you smoke on the patio in the backyard. You are welcome to use the patio furniture anywhere in the backyard area. There is also a bbq in your private backyard and bbq tools. We Live in the front house and you will go through the backyard into the guest home in the back. You will use your own driveway and go through a gate into the back. Please park on the driveway in front of the gate and not in our backyard. We have three small dogs who occasionally are in the backyard. They are very friendly. You have your own driveway with two parking spots. Please park in front of the gate and not in our backyard. Please remember we have three small dogs. They spend most of their time inside the home, but they do go outside in the mornings to use the restroom. You are welcome to use the key provided any time after 3:00PM. Early check in is usually fine just let me know if you need it. No need to lock the door when you leave on the day of checkout -the cleaning crew will be close behind you. Please clean up after your pets!
