The space Great for a staycation, a work-from-home alternative with fast internet, or for a fun family vacation. Due to the pandemic, we’re taking extra precautions and are following CDC cleaning guidelines. Guests love our home because the amenities at Moon Bay are amazing: marina, kayak and boat launch, small private beach, club house with ping pong table, foos ball, beautiful pool, tennis courts, basketball court, barbecue/picnic area. Our townhouse is very comfortable and fully prepared for guests. We love guests and they love our home! Our home has a master suite with king size bed, second suite with queen bed. Both rooms have bathrooms en suite, with a half-bath downstairs. In the living room are two convertible chairs that pull out to twin beds. Photos show the chairs which are great for smaller kids. Please be sure, if you use the convertible chairs, pull out the support bars on both ends. We provide pool towels, bath towels, extra sheets for the home if you are staying longer than 10 days. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker (drip system), and toaster. We want our guests to feel at home visiting our home! Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable: laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, coffee, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, cleaning supplies, suntan lotion and bug spray. BOAT SLIP/ACCESS: We do not have a deeded boat slip/dock, though you can rent one from our property manager. I suggest using the Caribbean Club for storage of the trailer or the boat ramp that allows trailer storage. Airbnb does not allow me to post the property manager's contact info until after you book, but I will be happy to provide after. The slips in the marina may not be used unless your boat is registered with Moon Bay and you have rented a slip. Any unregistered boats will be locked and fined. Please follow all house rules posted in Airbnb. The security deposit will be affected if house rules are broken. Please leave our home as it was when you arrived. So, what are you waiting for? We've saved a space for you! It is suggested to purchase travel insurance, Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations. Sorry No Pets & No Smoking! 7 Day Minimum We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit secured before check-in instructions will be sent. Guest access The unit has complete guest access via door code. Our guests can use all areas of the home, but there are two locked owner’s closets. Other things to note Trash and recycle bins are located near the exit gate. All trash needs to be thrown away upon departure. Please pull out the support legs on both ends of the convertible chairs if you plan to use them. The convertible chairs are intended for KIDS (under 100lbs). The sheets are in the upstairs hallway closet. If you have more that 4 adults, you may want to find a better fit for your vacation. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please be mindful of the neighbors when outside after 10. Sound travels far. Please close the umbrellas at the pool when you are done for the day. We are not permitted to allow any animals.
