Monte Sereo: charming house in the Euganean silence
Description
"The house on Monte Sereo welcomes you with exposed beams, light, silence and an open view from the hills to the Alps. Authentic atmosphere, clean air and well-kept spaces. Excellent base for exploring the Euganean Hills on foot or by bike, to quickly reach the cities of art of Padua, Vicenza, Venice and Verona, to visit historic villages, from the Hills (Este, Monselice, Arquà) to those of the Pedemontana (Marostica, Bassano, Asolo). An ideal place for those looking for quiet, nature and a more authentic rhythm." The space The house has four bedrooms, with single or double beds as requested, each with a full private bathroom, for up to eight guests. The rooms are large and bright, with independent access. At the entrance there is a large room that leads to the dining room and the equipped kitchen, directly connected to the outdoor pergola. From the ground floor you can also access the first two bedrooms and the staircase that leads to the first floor. On the first floor are the large living room and the other two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The house also offers a half bathroom for the living area and, upon request, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside there is a porch overlooking the lawn, an equipped garden area and an area dedicated to private car parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, porch, outdoor pergola, lawn, and reserved parking area. The kitchen, dining room and large living room on the first floor are at their complete disposal. Some areas of the property are reserved or accessible only upon request, such as the farm office and technical spaces. The laundry area is available upon request. The hot tub can only be used upon request and in compliance with the rules indicated upon arrival. The Bike Area (bike storage and washing area) is accessible only to guest cyclists, according to the methods communicated upon arrival, and is not open to other guests. The surrounding garden is freely usable, respecting the context and the quiet of the property. Other things to note Monte Sereo offers true silence: no television, only the natural rhythm of the hill, the sounds of the countryside and the bells of the villages that arrive with the wind. The property is located in a protected natural (Euganean Hills Regional Park) and agricultural environment. In the surrounding area, it is normal to spot wild animals typical of the area, such as wild boars, roe deer, foxes, hares, hedgehogs, owls and buzzards. They can cross the meadows or make themselves heard in the evening hours and at dawn: they are part of the natural environment and are harmless. It is important not to leave food outdoors and to keep the doors of the house closed at night. In a rural context, the presence of insects is also normal, especially in the warmer months. You can encounter mosquitoes, wasps, small spiders and bedbugs, which are annoying but harmless to people. The house undergoes interior pest control treatments twice a year. Outside, in the summer, I carry out targeted interventions against mosquitoes with environmentally friendly products. Despite these precautions, some occasional presence of insects or fauna is possible: it is part of life in the hills and the authentic context of Monte Sereo. Registration Details IT028071B5VVWFVCBZ
