Come and have fun any time of year: summer, winter, spring, and fall (in fall, you'll see lots of leaves falling from the trees—it's the season!). At the dock, you can park your boat, feed the ducks, or fish. We provide complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for cabin guests. Additionally, we have life jackets for all sizes, tennis rackets, and pickleball paddles for your enjoyment on the tennis and basketball courts located just steps from the house. The lake is home to a variety of fish, including carp, trout, catfish, bass, and pike. You also have the option of visiting Sunrise Ski Resort, 45 minutes away, for skiing or snow sports. The cabin has the largest deck you'll ever see: half covered and half open. We have two barbecues on the patio, a dining area for 6-8 people, and a fireplace. The patio has furniture where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the lake view with your companions, appreciating the wildlife surrounding the cabin or enjoying the soothing birdsong. We are located in a gated community. It is very quiet and very close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. The terrace is fenced for the safety of children and pets. There are three access gates: one facing the street and two facing the lake. We apply a 10% discount if you book for more than 7 days and a 15% discount if you book for more than 28 days. The HOA has been very strict. Please use this house for vacation use and not for parties, loud noise, or adding more people to your reservation; only the number allowed by the host. This cabin has been our second home, our summer house. Our children enjoyed the tranquility of the outdoors. I hope you enjoy it too and take care of this place as if it were your own.
