Other things to note Our house is on a hill, so you need to be afraid of a small slope and a few stairs, but the scenery will be beautiful ~ 1. Early Check-in If you arrive after 12pm, you can leave your luggage at the door, but please do not enter the room before 3pm as it needs to be cleaned. Please be sure to contact us when you leave your luggage. 2. About noise Please do not speak loudly or make loud noises during your stay as there are residents nearby. If we receive complaints from nearby residents and you are still unable to stop after being informed, we will report it to the authorities and ask you to check out. In addition, if any costs are incurred, you will be asked to pay the compensation fee and the remaining accommodation fee will not be refunded. 3. About smoking No smoking in the house. If we find you smoking, or find cigarette butts or smell in the room, we will ask you to pay an additional cleaning fee of 22,000 yen. 4. About saving electricity Please be sure to turn off all electrical appliances and home appliances when you leave the room or go out. 5. About Guests Coming and Going Only guests registered on the website can enter the room or apartment area. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. If we find that the number of guests is more than the number of people booked, regardless of whether they stay or not, we will ask you to pay an extra fee, which is double the number of extra guests multiplied by the number of nights. Also, be sure to take off your shoes when entering the room. If a guest is found to enter the room wearing shoes, we may charge an additional cleaning fee of 11,000 yen. 6. About cleaning If you find that the cleaning is not in place during check-in, please contact us immediately. We do not accept complaints during your stay or after checking out. In addition, there is no towel change or cleaning service during your stay. The cleaning fee indicated on the website is only for post-check-in cleaning services and does not include housekeeping during your stay. 7. Damage, Loss, [Defacement] Please use the room within the bounds of common sense. If any damage or lost items (such as keys, etc.) are found after check-out, we will immediately request a fine through the website. For long-term guests, please pay special attention to the bathroom and oil stains. In case of heavy stains, you may be charged a special cleaning fee. Please inform us immediately if any equipment in the room is damaged or missing. Also, please let us know immediately if there are any problems or defects while checking in. If the key is lost, for security reasons, we will replace the lock cylinder and charge 22,000 yen. 8. ID submission For guests residing in Japan, an ID card for the representative and the signatures of all guests are required. For other guests, we need the ID and signature of all guests, as we are required to store and submit them to government agencies, thank you for your cooperation. 9. Lost items If a lost item is found, we will keep it in the management office for a week. If you do not contact us about the lost item within a week of your check-out date, we will dispose of it. Food, beverages and condiments will be disposed of during cleaning for hygiene management reasons. 10. Late Check-out If a guest is found to have exceeded the specified check-out time, we will charge according to the following conditions. If the overtime is less than 3 hours, 2,000 yen per hour or 30% of the daily accommodation fee will be charged.
