Johanessburg apt is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood in Sofia. The building is part of a condominium complex "Green Residence". Inside, you can find an accessible playground for kids. There is a small mini-market inside the complex + 3 different beauty salons. Within 10/15 min walk, you can find one of the biggest gyms and Spas in Sofia - Pulse + there is gym/playground for your kids - "The little Gym" Less than 10-minute drive to Vitosha Mountain and Sofia Ring Mall. The space The apartment is quite spacious - 120 sq.m, completely renovated at the beginning of 2022. => The place is suitable for up to 7 people due to its large living room and 2 bedrooms with Queen Size comfortable mattresses In the living room, we have a large sofa for 2 and an expandable chair that turns into an (80-190) single bed => 🅿️ We offer a private parking space that is located under the condominium in which you will be staying at. (5 euro per day additional payment) => There is a SMART TV 64 inch in the living room which supports full HD quality and Netflix =>In the same area, you can relax on the huge sofa and enjoy a nice sleep on the expandable arm-chair => The apartment features 2 ensuite bathrooms => In the Kitchen area, you can find everything that you need for cooking, including a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and large fridge. Inside the cupboard, you will find plenty of products for cooking including salt, pepper, oil, different spices, etc. => Washing and drying machine available in the utility room => It is comfortable as a working HUB as it not only has fast Wi-Fi but it has a "working" area. (cable connection also available inside the apartment) => Just outside the building, you will find a playground for your children including a trampoline (all to be used free of charge) => Finally, you can have your breakfast or a cigarette on the 2 terraces around the apartment. NB! The apartment has 3 ACs which will be more than enough to warm/cool you depending on your needs. Guest access The building that you will be staying at is brand new, built in 2017, and has a brand new elevator as well. The apartment is located on the fifth floor. Other things to note - Late check in /after 11 pm/ is available. - Extended stay until 6 p.m. on check out day /after noon/ is available upon confirmation from us for an agreed price. - Transfer from/to airport, train station, bus station available upon request - One day tours, trips and experiences are available upon interest - Rent a car available - Welcome "Snacks" box can be prepared for you upon interest as well - Free brand new Baby Cot available if booked in advance - Personal details for each visitor have to be provided prior arrival (requirement of the Ministry of Tourism)
