Relax and enjoy island living on 11 private acres overlooking Lopez Sound and Rosario Strait. Our North end property is a 10-minute walk to Spencer Spit State Park, a 10-minute drive to town, or the ferry. This Pacific Northwest rustic style home was hand-built by our family in the 1980s. We welcome respectful guests to enjoy a spacious open living area, ample cook's kitchen, comfortable family room, large two-person shower, and wrap around yard. Welcome to your private island retreat. The space The home features three bedrooms, two up and one down, with a full bathroom on each floor. The kitchen, dining area, and living room all flow together in a large open concept with large windows overlooking the deck, yard, and ocean. Beach access is not allowed from the property, but a short walk over to Spencer Spit State Park opens up over a mile of beach, picnic areas, hiking trails, and a playground. There is a large front deck with a gas grill and great views of the ocean for relaxing and entertaining. The yard wraps all the way around the house and is great for the whole family to run around and relax on. You cannot see any neighbors from the house.
