Quiet cottage close to various shops, restaurants, gym, 5 minutes from the A10 toll and 10 minutes from the city center of Blois. Old farm completely renovated in 2023, fully equipped (wifi, large TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) with a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a large free parking lot as well as a closed courtyard. Come and stay in our house to discover Blois, Chambord, the Loire Castles, Beauval Zoo. The space Our "charming house" is close to the must-see castles of the Loire, such as Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Amboise and many more. It offers a great base from which to explore the area. A short walk from the routes of the Loire by bike, this spacious house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The cottage has on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed and upstairs 3 bedrooms each with a double bed. For your comfort you have 2 bathrooms with shower. A washing machine is available in the cottage. All beds are made on arrival. Linen for the crib is not provided. Bath sheets, bath mats and tea towels are provided. The living space includes a friendly living room, with two sofas and a large TV, ideal for relaxing after a day trip. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and share good meals. A few basic consumables are provided for the first day (toilet paper, dish soap, a few coffee pods, tea, sugar...), but it will be necessary to bring the rest for the duration of the stay. Outside, a furnished terrace with a table and chairs invites you to enjoy a relaxing moment. A BBQ grill is also available for alfresco dining. ATTENTION, we limit parking to 2 cars per cottage! There are places on the street a few minutes walk away as well as a Leclerc store a few minutes drive away.
