You will walk down the front path and see the Italian & French influences right away. There is small covered patio set for your morning coffee or evening wine. First Floor The door opens to a lovely Dining room with large table, minifridge, toaster, microwave and keurig. Cutlery and plates provided. Off to the side you can relax and watch the ROKU TV in comfort or step out onto the Back Private Patio looking over the lush garden for some peace and quiet. Pat is Pet friendly because she has two of her own! They are friendly and have limited or no contact with guests. PET FEE IS $30 each night. There is a wonderful dog run available by request. But you will want to walk your dog in this gorgeous neighborhood! 2nd Floor There are 3 beautiful Bedrooms to rent. The Queen Sunflower Room is larger and has a bench and lovely desk. The Queen Mackenzie Childs Room has whimsical decor and big comfy chair. The TwoTwins Bedroom is efficient and has a small sunroom. All rooms can handle 2 guests. They are delightfully whimsical and share a lovely bathroom just a few steps from each door. Cotton robes are provided for comfort and modesty. We have heard good reports of the 2nd floor shower being powerful! The 3rd Floor There is a FULL Bed, small desk and comfy chair in Coral Paisley print. There is a semi private retro bath across the hall with claw foot tub and shower. For this hot season, these rooms have independent A/C to add a cooler temp. Owner Pat lives on the third floor as well. We offer up the retro bathroom to second floor guests when needed, so no one ever goes without… There is also a private powder room on first floor for events. This Gorgeous Home is a Mainline Gem. We are close to many colleges, hospitals, luxury shopping, and many fabulous restaurants. Philadelphia is also only 20+ minute drive! This is a wonderful place to be for a holiday or a staycation. You may see Pat and other Guests in these spaces, or on the stairs, but Booth Lane is really a quiet getaway. If you bring your small dog, you can utilize the dog run. But you want to bring a leash, it is a gorgeous residential neighborhood. Texting the Guest House Owner Pat is best. She lives on the third floor and is always willing to help. Near multiple picturesque colleges like Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Villanova and more. Perfect place for parents! Steps from the elite Haverford School this is a wonderful MainLine neighborhood. Near many different destinations for luxury shopping, eating and sight seeing. See pics of quiet street. I included day and night views so you would be comfortable in thus stunning neighborhood. Parking on street is free and allowed for only 2hour Monday thru Saturday from 8am -6pm. So leave Booth Lane by 10am and come back by 4pm and you’re all set. You can take a nice walk to restaurants or a quick drive. Within 5+ minutes be in fabulous shopping and restaurants. Drive 20+ go to downtown Philly. Or take trains, buses or Uber. Included pics of our quiet street both day and night. Each room will have coffee mugs and Keurig pods, water bottles and small snacks. We always do our best to make your stay a pleasant one. We make extra efforts to thoroughly clean and decorate this home. The cleaning fee is appreciated and hours go into sanitizing this very special place. Note we accept SMALL SOGS.
