In addition, for your comfort you will have a hot water boiler, ducted heating and air conditioning in the same way. Two strategically placed coffee tables provide additional space for your drinks or books, making this corner perfect for relaxing or socialising. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. From the ceramic hob to the microwave and washing machine, you will have everything you need to make yourself at home. The bathroom, with its modern design, has a spacious shower that will allow you to revitalise in the morning or relax after a long day of sightseeing. - Cozy and fully equipped apartment: Bedroom and bathroom equipment: Bed linen and towels will be provided for each guest. IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygiene reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons and other than tourist use. In order to formalise the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation that accredits the reason for the stay. When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them.
