House Gecko - Mount Pelion

On the sunny side of Pelion, in Agios Lavrentios, 'House Gecko' offers privacy, serenity + magical views! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, make this a place to rest and relax surrounded by nature! Generous outdoor areas include: Pergola, Dining area, Sunbeds, BBQ and big garden. This stone house was fully renovated to combine the warmth of tradition with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Village center is a beautiful 5 min walk.(AMA00002063893) The space "House Gecko" is spread over two levels. Ground floor includes the living room with 2 sofas and a fireplace, the dining room (6 seats), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Going out from the living room there is a generous courtyard covered with a pergola, which includes dining table, 2 sun loungers, and a covered BBQ area. Steps lead to an additional courtyard below and the rest of the garden! From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper level. On the upper level, there are 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The Master bedroom includes a double bed and offers magnificent views to the mountain and sea. The Second bedroom includes 2 single beds, a cute fireplace, while also offering mountain and sea views. The Third bedroom includes 2 single beds and view towards the western side of the mountain. This can be an ideal room for your young ones and can also include some good quality toys for them to play with. The bathroom includes a marble countertop and bathtub, while also offering great view to the eastern side of the garden. A spacious corridor connects all these rooms while giving access to the balcony in the front side which overlooks the property and offers breathtaking sea and mountain views. Parking and Entrance is at the topmost level of the property. Steps and a stone pathway lead downwards from the Parking to the House. Entry to the house is at the upper level where all bedrooms are located. There is also the option to access the house through another path / stairway starting from the lowest point of the property leading up to the house. This is great if additional parking is needed because this bottom entrance is near a village free parking area! Guest access Keep in mind that this is a sloped terrain and most of the outdoor areas have steps.. You will be able to access most of the outdoor areas of the property (some parts of the garden are not easily accessible due to the slopped terrain). An additional small guest house outside is not currently available, but will be ready soon to be offered as an additional room for future guests. Other things to note Please note that our Parking space cannot accommodate huge cars. We haven't had any troubles with our Peugeot 3008 but vehicles longer than 4,5 m might be tricky to manoeuvre in the village's narrow roads. There is an additional free public parking area exactly above our place (150 m walk), which can be used in case you have a second car. Finally there is also the option to park near the lowest point of the property where there is a free parking area, and walk up the path/steps leading to the house Registration Details 00002063893
