The space All five bedrooms feature their own private bathroom and closet space. One bedroom is on the main level, one is downstairs, and three are upstairs. The formal dining room, parlor room, and kitchen barstools allow for 16 guests to dine comfortably. The breakfast nook and large sunken living room allow for additional lounging. There are two sets of washer and dryer; one on the main level and one downstairs. Also downstairs is a ping-pong table in the recreation room. The kitchen offers a coffee bar and is fully stocked for culinary purposes. The wraparound porch has comfortable patio furniture to seat 9, and the patio and fire pit offer more seating as well. The south yard allows plenty of room for games and play. Guest access The space beyond the marked door downstairs and the garage are the only unaccessible areas for the guests. Other things to note If 12 guests are coming, 2 will have to sleep on the 2 oversized couches in the living room.
