Room 2 has you covered with a desk, chair, TV, mini fridge, and microwave. Enjoy privacy and comfort in your own exclusive area, ensuring a seamless balance between work and leisure. Please note, there is no kitchen access provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is private and exclusive to your use. No others will share your space or bathroom, ensuring privacy during your stay. Shared Space: Our laundry room is available for use during your stay (1-2 loads per week), with Sundays reserved for host use. Dogs: There are two un-kenneled, free roaming pups who reside in the home, though a pet gate is provided to keep your areas dog free. If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with dogs, we kindly ask that you do not reserve our listing for everyone's comfort and benefit. As pet lovers ourselves, we welcome guests who are dog-friendly. However, please note that we cannot accommodate additional pets beyond our two furry friends. Our accommodations are Ideal for those who cherish privacy and solitude, perfect for individuals who prefer a quiet retreat. For added convenience, garage parking is available for an additional $150 per month (available for stays 14 days or more). There is no shared spaced between you, the host, or other guests for ultimate privacy. There is convenient, free street parking outside the home.
