Nicely decorated, cozy and spotless! Once inside our houses, you will find yourself in a comfortable and far superior environment compared to many other Airbnbs The units are completely independent of each other. The beautiful deck by the lake behind the house is the only shared outdoor space. Laundromats, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries & beauty clinics are less than 5 min away. Dolphin Mall, IKEA, FIU are 10 min away; Miami Airport is only 15 min away, Brickell & Downtown 30, and South Beach 40. Our cozy tiny homes are part of a 5500 sq ft pre-manufactured house, thoughtfully divided into five completely independent units. Nothing inside is shared with anyone else; each unit has its own private entrance and all the amenities of a regular home. You'll find a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a TV, and all necessary furnishings. The only shared space is the deck by the lake in the back. Just like in any hotel, the units share walls. *If you're coming for surgery recovering you're more than welcome as any other guest just be aware we will require a $100 refundable security deposit to ensure our linens, mattress, pillows, towels, etc., aren't damaged or soiled. Please Note: While we strive to provide a perfect stay, we are not responsible for the conduct of neighbors. Latin culture is vibrantly loud and joyful, which can occasionally mean loud music or spirited conversations nearby. Additionally, we have no control over the physical appearance of adjacent properties. Our Guarantee: Within our premises, we maintain strict standards. ADULT ONLY ACCOMMODATION (25+) Booking Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
