Private cottage has ocean view, and is just across the road from Caspar Headlands State Park. Enter through private gate into your own garden with outdoor seating. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. The space This is a very private solar powered cottage at the end of a long driveway. Parking is next to the cottage. Listen to the seals barking off the headlands, star gaze from the private garden, stroll over to the beach or enjoy Sunday breakfast at the Caspar Community Center's monthly community event. This is a beautiful, quiet space in which to relax, unwind and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Mendocino coast. Guest access You will have use of the entire cottage, including private patio and small garden. Other things to note Mendocino county occupancy tax of 11% is included in the rental rate. We sometimes allow 1 night stays depending on other bookings; if you are looking for only 1 night please send a request and we may be able to accommodate you.
