Mariner’s Way Retreat is a beautifully renovated top floor villa in Harbour Town. Above retail and next to playground, lighthouse, restaurants and shops. Villa has beadboard cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Strictly pet free and smoke free. Building and balconies are also smoke free Our villa features a well equipped kitchen including coffee/keurig maker, toaster, blender and crockpot. The master has a king size bed, guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin and den has pottery barn queen size sleeper sofa. Linens and bath towels provided as well as starter items for bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Complete list of items provided in welcome package. Enjoy the free trolley which stops right beside our building. The trolley begins May 26, 2023 and ends after September 4, 2023 During the summer the trolley is the only way to access the Beach Club. There is no parking or drops offs. This location makes access to the Beach Club very convenient. With the trolley, retail, restaurants and general store you can stay a week without having to get into your car. There are a few parking spots for the Mariner’s Way complex or a small lot by the building, or the larger Harbour Town parking lot. There are luggage racks under the stairs. Harbour Town is a popular destination and can be very busy especially in the summer. Using the free trolley is a great way to get around Sea Pines. Housekeeping includes disinfecting surfaces, Clorox bleach in bathrooms, linens/towels washed in virus and bacteria cleaning bleach, sanitizing door knobs and light switches, and spraying Lysol and disinfectant air freshener. Harbour Town Pool Pass is included with your stay and is short walk from villa. The Pool is open mid March through Thanksgiving. It is heated/cooled to optimal temperature during this time I am available by text, email or phone before and during your stay to answer any questions you have. My goal is for guests to have the best vacation possible. Mariner’s Way Retreat is in the heart of Harbour Town with the playground on one side of our building and the Crazy Crab restaurant on the other side. There are restaurants, shops and a Bakery/Coffee shop all in walking distance. During the summer you can park your car for a week and take the free trolley around Sea Pines. The trolley stop is right next to the building which includes a stop at the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club has restaurants, beach shop and an outdoor bar. Search Sea Pines Beach Club for more information. You are also steps away from Gregg Russell concerts. Concerts are Monday- Friday during the summer.
