After a day of local adventure, relax in the quiet comfort of the nautically inspired ground floor studio suite, enjoy deer grazing in the backyard from your private patio or stroll to Lunenburg Yacht Club, only five minutes away, before melting into a blissful sleep in comfortable, cotton bed linens. The space This is an open plan one-room studio suite, suited for our two-guest maximum, with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower, kitchenette, sitting area with Roku TV and outdoor patio with fire bowl. Attached to the owners' house, the suite is self contained with a separate entrance and self check in. There is no oven or stove. There is a single burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge with freezer for light meal and snack preparation. There is a ceiling fan and opening, screened windows to take full advantage of the fresh sea air. The owners live on-site in the separate, but attached main part of the home. Sunnybrook Mill Market, open on weekends, is a five minute drive away and provides a bounty of local fruits, vegetables, eggs and baked goods. Guest access Each guest has access to the entire private, self-contained studio suite, ensuite bathroom, wooded view patio with gas fire table. Internet is provided. Access to an ocean-view front deck that is shared with the owners. Parking is included. Other things to note The space is not suited for children. TWO GUEST MAXIMUM.
