The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: -This is an 8-unit apartment with a mixture of short term and long term rentals. This specific unit is located on the first floor. -Laundry facility is provided in the basement. Please note this is shared with other guests. -We provide smart TV's however you will need to sign in to your streaming services. -We have a community charcoal grill available.
