The open-plan layout makes the apartment practical and easy to live in from day one. 🍳 Kitchen and Equipment The kitchen has a practical layout, with functional furniture and all the necessary equipment for a temporary stay. Complete with refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, it is fully equipped with tableware, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and all necessary kitchen utensils, so you can cook and enjoy the apartment with complete convenience from day one. 🛏️ Resting area The double bed is integrated into the main space, next to the living and dining area. Important: This property is for temporary rental only for tourism, holidays, leisure or recreation. This flat is rented exclusively for temporary stays for the purposes of tourism, holidays, leisure or recreation, in accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, in particular Law 11/2025, of 29 December, on urgent measures to control rents and regulate residential leases, which requires proof of the reason for the temporary nature of seasonal leases. Bookings for primary residence, long-term stays, work, study, internships, relocation, or any purposes other than holiday or leisure use are not allowed. Minimum stay: 32 nights In order to confirm your booking and stay in this apartment, you will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement on the day of arrival. In addition, before check-in, all guests must provide the required documentation to prove that the purpose of their stay is exclusively for tourism, holiday or leisure, as required by current regulations. Mandatory documentation prior to arrival Copies of the passports or identity documents of all persons who will be staying in the flat. Document proving an address of habitual or permanent residence outside Barcelona, for example: a tenancy agreement, a utility bill, or a property deed. Documentation proving that the purpose of the temporary stay is exclusively for tourism, holidays, leisure or recreation. Mandatory signing of a declaration of responsibility confirming that the purpose of the stay is exclusively for tourism, holiday or leisure purposes, and that all documentation provided is true, accurate and in accordance with the facts. Examples of documentation that may be requested Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to, return tickets, travel reservations, proof of residence abroad, a rental agreement for a principal residence outside Barcelona, a deed or document proving ownership of a property abroad or in another city, or any other document that provides sufficient evidence that the stay in Barcelona is purely temporary and for holiday or leisure purposes. Very important In accordance with current regulations, if the reason for the temporary nature of the tenancy is not properly substantiated, the agreement may be considered a tenancy of a principal residence, which would constitute a breach of the law. For this reason, the booking can only be confirmed and finalised if all the requested documentation is provided within the specified period. Otherwise, the booking may not be accepted or may be cancelled. Key handover and check-in Key collection takes place exclusively at our office in Barcelona, not at the apartment. The office is open every day from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and key collection can only take place during those hours. Before coming to the office, it will be mandatory to have completed all the required documentation in advance, including signing the temporary contract and the declaration of responsibility, all of which must be done online where applicable. In addition, before travelling to collect the keys, guests must first check whether the apartment is available. Check-in is possible from 11:00 a.m., but only if the apartment is ready and available on that day. House rules and flat conditions Loud music and fiestas are strictly forbidden. If music is played at a high volume or a party is held and neighbours complain, this may result in immediate eviction from the apartment, without the right to a refund. No smoking in any area of the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, on the terrace, and in any outdoor or indoor area connected to the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties, forfeiture of the deposit and, where applicable, immediate eviction from the apartment without the right to a refund. Check out 11 AM If you would like to enquire about the possibility of a later departure, please contact us one day before your scheduled departure, and we will let you know if it is possible, subject to availability. For bookings or rentals of more than 30 nights, water and electricity supplies are not included in the rental price. The cost of these utilities is €210 for every 30 nights, and this must be paid separately, directly to Barcelonaforrent Apartments, once the booking has been made. We accept no responsibility for noise coming from outside the apartment. Likewise, the Tenant shall allow the Landlord, the property manager or authorised personnel access to the property when necessary to carry out inspections, repairs or viewings with prospective tenants, always in accordance with the legally applicable terms.
