Sea Smoke - Ocean View Home

New Hot Tub !! The space The Sea Smoke House is in Moclips Washington acrossed the street from the beach. It has ocean views, a wrap around deck, and a fully fenced in yard for your dog. As well as a newly added Hot tub.   There are 18 steep steps on the north side of the garage leading up to the front door. The stairs are equipped with rubber grip treads, but we advise all guests to use caution when going up or down. There is no elevator and guests must be physically able to navigate the stairs.   Be sure to check out the town of Seabrook which is only a 5 minute drive from the house. They have shopping, restaurants, Ice Cream/Candy shop, and a market. Dogs are okay with an additional fee  No Smoking Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties. No Smoking and dogs are welcome. This property does allow dogs with a additional fee, this charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
