Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom airbnb, a hidden gem just a short 15-minute drive from downtown Denver. Whether you're here for business, adventure, or relaxation, our conveniently located apartment offers a comfortable stay in the Mile-High City. The living area features a plush sofa that converts into a pullout couch, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Step outside onto the patio, where you'll find an outdoor couch and a fireplace – the perfect spot to unwind for the evening. Guest access Shared backyard and shared washer/ dryer. Other things to note We do have 1 security camera outside upon entrance of the Airbnb for everyone’s safety. My husband and I do live on the floor above! You will probably only see us in the evenings out on the above deck if it’s a nice night out. We have one dog named Nala. We take her out to use the backyard a few times a day. But we do not leave her unattended when we have guests! Just let us know if this is a concern for you during your stay and we will take her out to the front yard instead.
