Access to a utility room with a dryer can be arranged if required for an additional charge. Other things to note Vehicles are not to be parked in the lane or area outside the property. Due to restricted access, we kindly request that guests only drive down the lane to drop off any people or luggage. Any vehicles are to be parked on the main roads such as Kingsway Avenue (BS5 7PY) or Kingsway (BS5 8NF)
