Guest access You will have ONE reserved parking spot near the entrance of the Metro Lofts. A code will be provided to access the building and access your condo. Additional parking can be found at the West Avenue or Spring Street parking decks and can be paid through the ParkMobile app at the cost of the guest. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other things to note There is a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville, and the train crossing is located near the Metro Lofts. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances! Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
