The presence of swimming pools is a fantastic amenity, offering your friends and families great way to relax and have fun during their stay. Whether guests are looking to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or want to take a refreshing dip to start their day, the swimming pools will surely be a good option. The room has 47” smart TV with Free Netflix and high-speed internet so guests can unwind and catch up on their favorite shows, and movies, or even watch the news or sports during their stay. The inclusion of complete kitchen tools allows travelers to heat their meals and snack. COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED -There is no stove and range hood. Additionally, having a top load washing machine is another excellent amenity. It enables guests to do their laundry conveniently within the condo, eliminating the need to search for laundromats or pack excessive amounts of clothing for their trip. Check-Out: 12 AM. *Early check-in & late check-out will be charged 150php/hr Other things to note BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS: • Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book this space. However, guests under 18 may be able to stay as long as accompanied by an adult. • ID Verification & Requirements (Any Government ID & Vaccination Card to be sent prior to the guest’s stay) HOUSE RULES 1. Pets, unregistered guests, illegal drugs, or prostitution are NOT allowed. This is grounds for immediate expulsion. 2. Hanging or drying clothes on the balcony is not allowed. 3. Smoking & Vaping is not allowed inside the space. You can use the balcony. 4. Treat people and property with respect. Having cold drinks and gathering with friends is cool, just keep your voice and music minimized during sleeping hours to avoid security checks. 5. Be Responsible. Lock the main door when you leave and turn off the AC and lights when not in use. 6. To avoid additional charges, make sure to take good care of the keys during your stay. If you are going out, keep them safe in a secure place. 7. Any damages and lost items in the space will be charged accordingly. Make sure to inform the host immediately if any items are not working properly. 8. The host is not liable for any loss or theft of the valuable items that occur on the property. It’s the guest’s responsibility to take proper precautions and safeguard their belongings.
