No hunting or ATVs allowed. Other things to note Be sure to check yourself and your animals for ticks because they are known to be in the Finger Lakes region. The house has great tasting well water that is safe for drinking. Please remove shoes when in the house. Please separate your garbage and recycling during your stay at our house to minimize waste. This is a residential neighborhood so please be mindful of noise, our quiet hours, and respectful of the neighbors and property. We have one outside camera on the property facing the driveway only to ensure the safety of our guests. No parties for unregistered guests (inside or outside) during your stay.
