This brand new space features an open concept layout with large windows and natural light that overlooks the south shore of Prince Edward Island. The large property overlooks the ocean and has access to a walking path that will lead you to the beach. This space is perfect for a large family or two smaller families looking to get away. The cottage has been thoughtfully designed and arranged to allow family and friends to gather and relax in a tranquil environment. The space The views both inside and out will not disappoint. Overlooking the beach and red cliffs of Prince Edward Island, this cottage is private, has a large deck and a walking path to the beach. The inside offers natural lights, views from each room and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a bonus room that includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, a 75inch TV and a desk for working. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property. The laundry room is located in the unfinished basement. Other things to note There is a high chair, booster seat and pack and play at the cottage. For additional baby equipment there is a rental company on the island called Ollie Roo Rentals The cottage has an RV hook-up with water, sewer and 50amp service.
