Luxury Cabin Hocking Hills with Pool & Hot Tub!

Welcome to our Black Bear Lodge! Invite your friends and family to join you on your Hocking Hills vacation. This lodge sits on a private 10 acre property with a large spacious yard and surrounded by the calming forest. This spacious, open concept cabin accommodates 10 guests with its comfortable living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and great outdoor entertainment. Other things to note Our rates are based on a minimum occupancy of 6 guests. Any additional guest, is an additional $25 per night per guest. If the correct guest is entered at the time of reservation, rates are automatically populated. If incorrect guest count is entered, reservation must be updated. Children 3 and younger stay for free. 2 Night minimum for Weekend stays – Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Holiday rates apply for Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. The taxes associated with the rental are 13.25%. We have both 7.25% sales tax and 6% lodging tax. IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PROPERTY: -- SWIMMING POOL ---- The swimming pool is only open and available for use from Memorial Day Weekend (late May) to Labor Day Weekend (early September). When our pool is open, guests are required to sign a “Pool Use Agreement and Release, Waiver of Liability Agreement” at the time of check-in. -- ADDITIONAL FEES: ---- PET FEE: we allow up to 2 dogs at the property and require a $50 pet fee per dog (non-refundable). When going through the booking process, this is an option. If not added at the time of booking, we will request a payment. ---- Early Check-In: $25 fee per hour, up to 2 hours early. **must get approved. Management has ability to deny early check-in. ---- Late Check-Out: $25 fee per hour, up to 2 hours late. **must get approved. Management has ability to deny early check-in. ---- Shipping Fee: If guests leave items behind & they want it shipped back, guest is responsible for cost of shipping + $10 shipping fee. ---- Add Ons: Guest has ability to add on a variety of different add-ons, such as: Firewood Bundles, Dozen Roses, Bed of Rose Petals, Mixed Flower Bouquet, & a variety of other baskets.
