Home cooking and "Fettuccine" class experience upon request The space The building at number 6 Via dell'Arco de' Ginnasi, in the Pigna district, belongs to the historical complex linked to the Ginnasi family and is considered a building of 16th-century origin, later modified and enlarged in the 17th century. You will have the entire 100-square-meter apartment with typical "coffered" ceilings and fine parquet floors • Large 60-square-meter living room with 2 sofa beds and a sofa. • Large master bedroom with a "Queen size" double bed (160 x 190 cm), a sliding door that opens onto the living room, and an en-suite bathroom • Another "Queen size" double bed (160 x 190 cm) on the open mezzanine (without a door) above the living room. • Second bathroom near the entrance, complete with shower • Ceiling height 4.30 meters and mezzanine height 1.70 meters • Fully equipped kitchen • Heating and air conditioning in all rooms • Paid parking is available in a nearby garage. Guest access The apartment is on the third floor and has an elevator. You will have all the rooms at your disposal. Other things to note It is possible to check in after 12:00 a.m. with a surcharge of €50 to be paid directly upon arrival. In the house, you will find a hairdryer, a hair straightener, and a curling iron. You will also find US adapters for the sockets.
