Small cozy house in the countryside

A nice way to spend quiet nights in the countryside. Go for a walk and discover the nearby locations, whether Gelnhausen, Büdingen or the excursion to the thermal baths of Bad Orb. There is plenty to experience. There is plenty of space to sleep and live, thanks to 135 m². A large couch in the living room with TV, soundbar and a fireplace make every evening cozy. If you still know how to play the piano, a musical ending leaves good moments in the memory. The space Admittedly, the building does not look nice from the outside. But inside you have the feeling of being able to retreat well. It is perfect for a small family, as the layout of the rooms is not too large. On about 135 square meters, on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks, bidet and toilet. Both bedrooms have a double bed and options to sort the travel clothes. In the hallway of the upper floor is a cozy corner for reading, with a view of the wild garden, which still needs some work on my part. But everything step by step... On the lower floor you will find a small wardrobe opposite the entrance and the entrance to the 2nd bathroom. Here the washing machine, shower, toilet and a sink are housed. The shelf system above the washing machine is used for shoe storage. From the entrance, the kitchen can be found on the left. It is large and has the possibility for many people to cook together. A small fold-out corner table with four chairs forms the cozy finish when the food is cooked. Go from the kitchen past the long corridor on the window front, there is the large living area in the form of a green velvet couch, opposite it the TV with sound system forms a central view. The best point for people who get cold is the closed fireplace. Go around the wall, meet the piano on the other side along with the side chair, probably a good evening activity for musical people. Guest access You can easily reach the entrance via a staircase in the courtyard. Disabled people will have difficulty accessing it. Other things to note This building is primarily privately used and is sublet when the owner is not present. Since cats are at home here, guests should not be allergic to cats.
