A cozy retro spot in the Depot Hill Area of Beautiful Capitola. Our neighborhood is located just a few blocks to New Brighton Beach and Capitola Village. The Suite is located behind an entry gate and attached to the main house. You will have complete privacy with your own entrance. The space The Private Studio is located behind and attached to the main house with a complete private entrance . Sofa bed with an air mattress will be provided along with pillows and bed sheets. Please bring your own blankets to avoid any soap or fabric allergies . You will have a 64 inch TV with several streaming apps. A full size Pac-Man Arcade Game for 2 for your enjoyment along with some family board games for you to enjoy .You will have a full size retro refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker for you to use . I will provide complimentary coffee pods and water at no cost . We are a family of 3 and you will occasionally see our bengal cat Iris outside inside her Catio . Other things to note ***** NOTE ************The Studio is a few blocks to beach and village not on the beach or near the water
