The Tiffany House

The space The “Tiffany House” is a newly built ocean front cottage located in scenic Twillingate comprising of 2 bedrooms ( 1 king & 1 queen bed) in addition to a double pull out couch. Special features of this cottage consists of private, spa like full ensuites for each bedroom with in floor heating. The main bedroom with a king size bed is nestled on the ocean front giving rise to spectacular sunset views. A dedicated workplace is also available in this space. The main living area is open concept with a stunning “Buttercream Kitchen” sure to impress any guest. A separate coffee/ wine bar is also available. Spectacular ocean views are in abundance from the kitchen and living room spaces. A focal point of the main area is a unique, electric fireplace hand built from our very own Newfoundland juniper. In addition, the 9 foot ceilings beautifully display custom built beams from Newfoundland spruce. The mud room stands out for its unique vintage design with specially selected wallpaper, custom seating bench and and wooden shiplap. Guests can surely take advantage of the on site washer and dryer for those extended stays. Two covered post and beam style porches ( front and back) will certainly impress guests while enjoying picturesque ocean views. Guests also have the option of a private outdoor fire pit with complimentary firewood. Guest access No restrictions. All spaces are available. Guests have full access to the parking lot, cottage, patio and outside area. An outdoor fire pit will be available during spring and summer months as well as a barbecue and outdoor patio furniture for your comfort and convenience. Other things to note The “Tiffany House” is named after the host’s eldest daughter Tiffany - the idea of the “Buttercream Kitchen” stems from her LOVE of baking and designing cakes. Tiffany is a mechanical engineer by trade however “ jack-of-all-trades” as well. She is known to others for her kind, gentle nature and selflessness - a friend to all.
