The apartment is excellently located 30 m from the sand beach, 250 m from grocery stores, 3–4 km from several golf courses – e.g., Miraflores, 200 m from Max Beach Club, and neighboring Urb Dona Lola, etc. 17 km north of Marbella, 15 km south of Fuengirola. 25 min from Malaga airport. There are also a lot of very good restaurants in the area. The accommodation is providing many amenities: Outside – a fenced beautiful and enchanting garden, swimming pool with a shallow and deep part, garden furniture and 4 sunbeds that belong to the apartment, on-site free parking place. Inside – a balcony with a table for six persons to dine and enjoy the wonderful sea views, internet Wi-Fi, IP TV, radio/CD player, central heating and air conditioning, an iron, a hairdryer – curler – flattener in each bathroom.
