Our fantastic apartment is in the heart of the main street in the center of Genoa, a short walk from the Ducal Palace and Brignole Station. This charming studio apartment has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen has complete accessories, lots of restaurants in the area. For self-check-in in accordance with the provisions of the municipality of Genoa, all tourists are kindly requested to present a valid passport for registration 24 hours before arrival. The space The apartment is in a historic building exactly in the center of downtown Genoa, Via XX Settembre, Genoa's main street! The building has a doorman and elevator. The studio has a very comfortable living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. The WiFi connection has high-speed internet. The kitchen is perfectly furnished with everything you need to decide to eat quietly at home or go out to dinner. Near the apartment, there are many typical restaurants to choose from. Within walking distance you can visit all the main attractions of the city, Via Garibaldi and the museums of Palazzo Rosso, Palazzo Bianco, Galleria di Palazzo Spinola, the ancient port and the ferries to Camogli, Portofino and Cinque Terre. Guest access Check-in and Check-out: Self check-in is available from 3:00 pm. Check-out is between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., unless otherwise agreed in the days before departure. Extra services (on request): Early check-in Late checkout The possibility of early check-in or late check-out depends on the presence of other guests on the same day and the scheduled check-in/check-out times. The request will then be evaluated from time to time and can only be confirmed based on actual availability.
