New apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house. Ideally located 10 min walk to the village of Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, 2 min drive to the lake and 20 min to Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. The space It consists of: * A kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, coffee maker, induction cooktop, as well as various dishes and kitchen equipment), * A living room with sofa and TV, * A bathroom (shower, toilet, sink with storage, washing machine, hair dryer), *A bedroom with a bed with its new mattress for a size of 140/200 with its duvet and pillows, a large closet including clothes hanger, iron, * A quiet terrace with umbrella.
