Yep…I can speak from experience …It’s all true! 🫶 Villa NAMALE means - “A Precious Jewel In The Noosa Crown” (Pronounced ‘Nam-r-lae’) Description - Villa Namale underwent an extensive renovation & styling. The pool & spa build is also a recent addition. Villa Namale is a spacious open plan design. There are two lounge areas inside & undercover relaxing/dining & BBQ on the pool terrace. The pool terrace flows from the kitchen & dining area. The stylish ‘full kitchen’ is well equipped. (European appliances). The Villa has oversized ceilings & doors throughout and there is a void area leading upstairs. Extensive use of natural limestone, plantation shutters, bamboo flooring & other timbers add to the Villas tropical vibe. The two guest bedrooms (with a queen sized bed in each room) & main bathroom are upstairs. All living, kitchen & eating areas are on ground level with a powder room & laundry. Climate comfort - Throughout the Villa are ceiling fans and newly installed reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system. Guests Garage - Double garage. (Will not fit a high or long vehicle) There is also free roadside parking. Picnic - As our guests are located across from our iconic Noosa River we provide a ‘beach trolly’ to load up picnic essentials. (Supplied also are chairs, rug, picnic basket, cooler bag). In-house entertainment - Free Wifi. In a comfy lounge area is a Sony 65” Smart 4K HD TV. Netflix, Foxtel HD including Sport Package.  Music Box - Stream your best-loved music on the portable Ultimate Ears ‘Hyper Boom’ Sound Box (Bluetooth connect). Take on to pool terrace (Place on the ‘elephant head’ stand) to complement your vacation atmosphere. Bathroom Essentials - When only the best will do to complete our guests special stay enjoy Noosa owned/created Organic ’SAYA’ bathroom essentials. And no visiting animals. * Strictly No smoking (or vaping) inside & outside Villa Namale. * Not suitable for young children or toddlers. * No Schoolies… & bookings around Schoolies time are highly scrutinized. * Total of 4 guests. In addition to 4 guests…An infant ‘Under Crawling Age’ is welcome. [We provide complimentary…Travel cot, linen/rug, stroller, highchair & unbreakable dining set]. * Most suitable for a couple as a romantic retreat or two couples/four friends. * Most suitable for Wedding guests …Eg. A lovely retreat for out of town parents of the bride or groom. * Most suitable for a couple with one or two older children/teens (Subject to request & age ID approval). Inclusive use - * Two Kayaks & paddles…(Carry across to the river). * Beach Cart to walk over to Noosa Riverfront parklands which includes fold up chairs, rug & various picnic gear. Other things to note Villa Namale is located in an exclusive security gated complex called ‘Sonoma’ which is ideally placed opposite the Noosa River. There are only 14 stand alone Villas in this complex. The entire Sonoma Complex …including Villa Namale is a Non-Smoking zone.
