The fenced yard is now fully enclosed. Our outdoor space is still being finalized, but the yard has been leveled, gravel installed, and fencing completed as we continue adding the finishing details. Guest access Full access to the entire home including the garage. Only a small closet locked for housekeeping supplies. Other things to note As with many small mountain towns, WiFi speeds can occasionally vary. Download speeds are typically close to 100 mbps, though upload speeds may run slower at times. The TV is streaming only with no cable service, and streaming generally works great during stays. There may occasionally be construction activity on the opposite side of the subdivision, but guests rarely notice any disruption and noise is typically not heard from inside the home. The fenced yard is now fully enclosed and updated photos have been added to the listing. Our outdoor space is still being completed, but the yard has been leveled and gravel has been installed as we continue finishing the final details.
