This stylish place is close the city center. Public transport is 5 minutes away. It is 13 minutes to the CBD. This accommodation is not suitable for guests who plan to work remotely or spend extended periods at home during the day (9am–5pm). Usually there is a maximum of three 3 guests. Parking is available. There is no provision for more than one guest per bedroom. Bedrooms have king size single beds. Cooking facilities are intended for breakfast with limited availability for evening use. The space The house is well maintained and must be vacated from 10am to 4:30 pm when the cleaner attends which is usually every 7 to 10 days. There is designated kitchen space that can be utilized and cleaned after each use as demonstrated on check in. Guest access Bedroom, ensuite, front entry, outdoors/garden, bathroom, limited kitchen. During your stay Some transport info you may or may not know. Transperth operates a train from Airport Central Station Platform 1 to Bayswater Station Platform 1 every 20 minutes. The journey takes 7 minutes. My house is 7 kilometers from the CBD. There is a bus a 2-minute walk away that goes into the city, it also connects with the Bayswater railway station which is exactly one kilometer from my house. The train station is on the Midland and Airport lines on the Transperth commuter rail network. From Bayswater services on each line run every 12 minutes during peak and every 15 minutes between peaks. The journey to Perth station is 6.7 kilometers (4.2 mi) and takes 12 minutes. The station is served by three regular bus routes. There is another direct bus route on a 950-bus route 3 blocks, about 5 minutes’ walk from my house. During peak hour it there is a bus 5 to 12 minutes and takes 15 minutes to get into the city. There is a free city bus service that goes around the city and surrounds that has 4 different routes. They are called CAT (Central Area Transit) buses. The buses run about every 5 minutes during peak hours and all buses operating in the city limits are free.
