Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted. Parking: Please use the designated parking spot for Unit C at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. Do not block the driveway. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street. If your designated spot is occupied, park on the street overnight, and we will address the situation in the morning. Backyard: The backyard is designated for parking. Climate Control: The unit has a mini-split with a remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working. Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more. Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have three other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
