Room A & Room B are located at the front of the home and share one full bathroom, which is maintained regularly for cleanliness and comfort. A dividing wall separates the guest quarters from the owner’s living space in the back of the home to ensure privacy and minimal disruption. Room C is newly converted and offers a private bedroom with its own private bathroom, making it ideal for guests who prefer additional privacy. All guests (Rooms A, B, and C) have access to a shared common area that includes: • A fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooking • A dining area • A shared laundry space These common areas are shared only between the three guest rooms, creating a comfortable roommate-style environment while still maintaining personal space within each private bedroom. Each room includes secure access, reliable WiFi, and comfortable furnishings to make your stay relaxing and hassle-free.
