Small enclosed patio courtyard the perfect spot for your morning coffee or tipple of choice. The space The cottage is decorated with warm, muted tones and furnished with a contemporary feel. There is a cosy lounge and separate dining room both have working wood -burners to add to the ambience. There is a modern ground floor shower room and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. There is a small enclosed courtyard perfect for your morning coffee or evening tipple. The front bedroom is a generous size and is set up as a 'super king' but can be configured as a twin room, so please let us know when you have booked if you would like this set up. The back bedroom has a luxury ensuite bathroom with roll-top bath. The cottage is a great base for exploring Rye and the surrounding area and is perfectly located to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of the property. Camber sands beach is only 3 miles away and the towns of Hastings and Ashford a short 30 minute drive. Guest access You have access to the whole cottage Other things to note Please note there is no parking with the cottage but metered parking bays opposite are free during the evening and early morning. There are two large car parks with a 5 minute walk of the cottage and cost between £2.50 - £3.50 for the day. There is only the ensuite bathroom upstairs so guests using the front bedroom may have to go downstairs to use the shower room at night. The stairs are steep and narrow but a handrail is provided to assist.
