Here are some important disclosures regarding potential noises and inconveniences: 1) Our home is shared with other residents, including other guests or family members. Please be aware that there may be household noises, and we encourage all residents to be mindful of noise levels, especially during late evenings. 2) Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood., but you may experience some noise from traffic in the vicinity. 3) The kitchen and common areas are shared spaces. We kindly request all guests to be considerate of others by keeping the space clean and noise to a minimum, especially during shared hours. 4) The house is equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerators, microwave, etc.; which may produce normal operating sounds. 5)To enhance everyone's experience, we have established quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to create a peaceful environment for all guests. 6) Pool use: - Pool is reserved only for our family and friends. Visitors are not allowed to use or stay in the pool. There is not lifeguard in the property, swimming in the pool is at your own risk. While we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all our guests, please be advised that we, as hosts, are not liable for the behavior of other guests sharing the space. We cannot control the actions or conduct of individuals staying in the same property. Located 23 miles from Houston downtown, Kingwood has over 500 acres (200 ha) of nature preserves and parks, and it has over 75 miles (121 km) of hike and bicycle trails. Just in front of the house there is River Grove, a 74-acre park with activities including 18-hole disc golf course, boat ramp with access to Lake Houston, fishing, picnic areas (including 4 covered picnic shelters with grills), playground area, tennis courts, pavillion facility, and restrooms. Kingwood Skate Park opened on May 21, 2004, a 5,402-square-foot (501.9 m2) City of Houston facility that has skate benches, a kinked round grind rail, skate benches, skate tables, a kicker ramp, a bank to stair with a rail, shade structures that include benches, a drinking fountain, a mini half pipe with a ninety degree hip, and a skateboarder-shaped bike rack.
