Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor amenities. The space Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large living space, deck with hot tub and garage for 2 cars is all yours. In the spacious yard you may enjoy grilling or just relaxing under the pines. Several great restaurants are in walking distance as is the beach! The amenities are unmatched. Guest access Full access to all space other than a few locked cabinets. Other things to note * Key pad entry makes getting in and out simple. No worry about a lost key. * water equipment (kayak/SUP) available with signed waiver General Rental Policies (see below) A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. B. All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM C. Pets are not permitted. D. Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under legal age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. E. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. F. Renter is liable for any damage to the property or extra cleaning fees and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. G. Cancellation Policy: Rental payments (less the booking fee) are fully refundable up to 15 days prior to the reservation. Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the property without our express written permission. J. Any failure by you or any other occupants to comply with any of the terms, conditions, or policies above is a breach of this agreement and may result in a forfeiture of your rights to rent the property, up to and including immediate removal from the property without refund and with or without the assistance of law enforcement. K. You agree to contact Tara Olagaray (209) 747-7654 as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the property. L. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out. Early check-in or late check-out may be available. Requests should go to Tara Olagaray at (209) 747-7654. Additional charges may apply. M. If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to bill your credit card on file for a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all occupants and their personal property from the property.
