Gîte Annex of the Charente Bridge

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. You'll particularly appreciate the surrounding greenery and outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of our shared garden, under the trees or on the terrace. Closed garage for bikes Guest access You have full access to the annex. You enter independently via the carriage entrance and the garden, which is shared with the owners. Other things to note The property is located on the street running from the Charente bridge to the town center. This means you're just a short walk away from all the local shops and activities, including swimming, hiking and walking. All essential services are nearby (supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, etc.).
