We've never had a guest tell us there wasn't enough space, and in fact this is the biggest A-frame we've ever come across. Plus, with each bedroom on a different floor of the house, you can be with your whole group without having to hear your whole group! The privacy extends to the outside as well, with the house situated down a long and winding driveway, set back a full acre+ from the road. Sunsets and sunrises are a huge feature around here, amplified by 2 massive walls of windows and skylights spilling light into the house. We do indeed have our own private slip dock which is accessed via a short pathway at the back of the property. LIVING ROOM The main living space is close to a 30'x50' room, offering 3 distinct seating areas plus a large dining table. Whether you want to play board games on our gaming table, a game of ping pong on our full-size ping pong table, or sing your hearts out with our karaoke machine, there are plenty of options. The basement level has its own full bathroom with bathtub, as well as an exit door to the backyard. BATHROOMS The main floor and top floor bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, the basement has a full bathroom with tub connected to the common space, and the main floor living room has a half bath. OUTDOORS 2 full acres of property, not even including the lake setback that gives the area an even larger feel. The property includes open grassy areas, dozens and dozens of tall trees, a fire pit, multiple decks, and parking for everything from RVs to boats to trailers and cars. ∆  Front deck ∆  Back deck with covered table and seating, plus a gas grill ∆  Covered RV parking ∆  Covered pontoon / boat parking ∆  Covered carport THE LAKE Please note that, like most Georgia and Alabama lakes, the West Point Lake water level is controlled by the Army Corps. During full pool in the summer, we have 6+ feet of water off the dock . In the off-season, the level is lowered such that boats may not have sufficient water to access the dock. CONVENIENT LOCATION ∆  Southern Harbor Marina: 4 minutes away, which includes boat rental, boat ramp ∆  Rocky Point Beach: 3 minutes right down the street with a public fishing pier and a boat ramp as well ∆  Grocery stores: Publix, Kroger, Piggly Wiggly, Givorns between 12 and 20 minutes away Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire property. Rental also includes: - Private slip dock just rebuilt in May 2025! - Assortment of inflatables, life jackets, and 2 Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs) - Covered RV carport (no sewage or water access) - Covered Boat carport, large enough for pontoon - Expansive turnaround for ease of pulling in RVs and boat trailers - Firepit - Gas Grill - Large yard, great for sports/games Other things to note Wildlife is abundant in our area. You can find herons, turtles, deer, foxes, frogs, turkeys, eagles, ospreys, and more around the property. While a hot tub is on property, it is irreparable and not available for use. Security: We have two outside security cameras facing the front yard including doorbell and floodlight. We have a contactless check-in process with door keypad.
