Space is never an issue here. This is the largest A‑frame we’ve ever encountered, and guests consistently remark on how roomy it feels. With each bedroom located on a different level, your group can spend time together while still enjoying plenty of privacy and quiet when it’s time to unwind. That sense of privacy extends outdoors as well. The home sits at the end of a long, winding driveway and is tucked more than an acre back from the road, creating a peaceful, secluded setting. Sunrises and sunsets steal the show, streaming through two expansive walls of windows and skylights that flood the home with natural light. Down on the water, you’ll find your own private slip dock, located in the Veasey Creek–fed area of the lake—known for some of the cleanest, calmest, and quietest water around. THE LAKE Our property has a private slip dock, newly constructed in 2025, which is accessible via a short walking path at the back of our yard. The Army Corps manages the lake level of West Point Lake, similar to other Georgia and Alabama lakes, and does bring the water level up and down periodically. The dock can consistently accommodate boats between early March through October with 7 feet of water at full pool. LIVING ROOM The main living space is close to a 30'x50' room, offering 3 distinct seating areas plus a large dining table. Whether you want to play board games on our gaming table, a game of ping pong on our full-size ping pong table, or sing your hearts out with our karaoke machine, there are plenty of options. The basement level has its own full bathroom with bathtub, as well as an exit door to the backyard. BATHROOMS The main floor and top floor bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, the basement has a full bathroom with tub connected to the common space, and the main floor living room has a half bath. OUTDOORS 2 full acres of property, not even including the corps setback that gives the area an even larger feel. You can find herons, turtles, deer, foxes, frogs, turkeys, eagles, ospreys, and more around the property. While a hot tub is on property, it is irreparable and not available for use. Security: We have two outside security cameras facing the front yard including doorbell and floodlight. We have a contactless check-in process with door keypad.
