Plaza Seven is in a friendly neighborhood just minutes from the town center of Brownwood, Texas. The space is comfortable, intimate, and attentive. It is perfect for the solo business traveler who needs a long term stay or monthly rental. There's a lovely top floor patio/balcony with a bistro table and chairs, as well as a reserved parking space. Stream all your favorites on the new Smart TV, and catch some shut eye in high thread count sheets. We're sure you'll enjoy this "home away from home". We hope to host you soon!** Plaza Seven is a newly updated and furnished one bedroom and has been carefully curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home. We've taken care to add unique details to the space that make you feel welcome & cozy. Special touches can be found throughout, along with a plush bed with 800+ thread count sheets. The one bedroom is complete with a large closet, bench with storage inside, bed side table, plus plenty of space for suitcases. There is a full bath (shower/tub combo) that has attentive amenities for both men and women, including make up mirror & hair dryer, towels, washcloths, iron & ironing board, etc. There is a brand new Smart TV and split HVAC unit, so you can kick back & relax in the perfect temperature while watching your favorite tv shows. The kitchen has many of the necessary culinary tools, dishware, and utensils, as well as a dishwasher. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods. There will also be treats and bottles of water upon your arrival. There is an antique wood table in the dining nook, which can double as a dining table or work space. It sits right in front of a window with plenty of natural light. There is also a large top floor balcony with a table and two chairs. The wifi is strong, so its another space to work from on a beautiful day, or to sip your morning coffee & afternoon glass of wine. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Smoke smell- OF ANY KIND- in the space will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. The laundry room is shared with other guests and is right across the center courtyard. You will need quarters and your own laundry detergent. There is a Dry Cleaning location just a few minutes away, as well as a Wash & Fold cleaners 2 min away that we love. Ask us for recs! We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us. Guest access Your reserved parking space is right below the stairs to access the top floor (2 story building). Quick and easy. There is a keypad and guests receive their own private access code. Other things to note One more time for the people in the back: NO PETS NO PARTIES NO SMOKING (of any kind) This is a special place, which took special people and funds to bring it all together, and keep it in tip top shape for YOU. If it is not left the same or better than you found it, a "damages" bill will find... you.
