Conveniently located in downtown Montrose, you are walking distance from coffee and retail shops as well as restaurants on Main Street. Stay here, play anywhere. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath remodeled home comes with so much more than just its rustic charm and character. There is a coffee porch to welcome you and to enjoy during your stay. A formal lounge area with fireplace and a formal dining area that seats up to 10. The kitchen comes with utensils, island, most common necessities and a breakfast nook. Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom, pantry and laundry area. Also, on the main floor is the vaulted ceiling living room with office nook, smart tv and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find a landing area with another pull-out sleeper sofa that is a full bed. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom/shower, queen bed and smart tv. It also has a twin bed in the open space/walk-in closet area. The master bedroom also gives direct access to the outdoor deck. There is a half-bathroom located between the master and the next guest bedroom. This next guest bedroom comes with 1 queen bed, closet and smart tv. The last bedroom is a large kids (adults too) bedroom. It comes with a full-size bed on the floor and a twin bunk bed above. This also has a small smart tv and DVD player as well. Back to the main floor and outside you will find an outdoor patio with dining area and grill. Also, a pergola area with firepit and seating. The outdoor space also has grass and a small walking path that wraps to the side of the home where a small swing set and garden area are nestled. You will have access to almost the entire home, except the basement. Please note that our lovely home does have an accessory dwelling unit and a shared space in the back yard. This additional home is occupied, and we ask all guests please respect the shared space and each other's individual dwelling. The tenants of the accessory dwelling unit only have access to the basement of the main home through a separate entrance outside. This area is locked and shut off from the main home through two locked doors which means the tenants and guests cannot access each other's spaces.
