House with garden + fiber optic + dressing room + parking

Welcome to Maison Montinoise! Welcome home! Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in a spacious house with a back garden, with few neighbors. Parking is available in the yard (not closed). The house is close to the church and enclosures (animals). The house is less than 5 km from Lake Vaivre (fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, pedal boating), 10 minutes from the center of Vesoul (free parking), 10 minutes from Port-sur-Saône, 1 hour from Besançon-center, 1.5 hours from Dijon. The space After parking in the (unfenced) yard, you will arrive in the entrance mixing old slabs and modern decor. In this room you will find a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron. You can store your bikes in this room if needed. You will take the staircase and find on the left the dining room and the living room that overlooks a balcony and the staircase that leads to the garden. You will also find on this side, the separate toilet and the bathroom (shower 80 x 80, 2.30 high) which has many storage spaces: vanity unit, column, shelf, wall storage. An electric space heater will allow you to heat it quickly, if needed. If you go to the right, you will discover three rooms: the kitchen, the "children's" room and the master bedroom with dressing room. Due to the orientation of the rooms (north/east for the bedrooms and kitchen and south/west for the living and dining room), there may be a temperature difference between the living-dining room and the other rooms. Depending on the season and the vagaries of the weather, you can enjoy the harvests of the garden: blackberries, cherries, mirabelles, rhubarb... Guest access You will have access to the garden and all the rooms you see in the photos: entrance + whole floor (toilet, bathroom, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms). On the ground floor, the bedroom will be closed (storage room) and the office will not be closed but it will be cluttered with my personal belongings... (especially textbooks). I would be grateful if you did not touch these things and did not put the heating on in this room. Outside, the outbuildings of the house (barn-garage, cellar...) which have a door will be closed: they serve as storage. We will ask you not to let the children go alone to the bottom of the garden (stone wall) Other things to note PROMO 🎉💵🍀🎉For people who have already stayed in Montigny, feel free to send me a quick message. I may be able to arrange the dates for you (even if the house is not available) and in any case, I will give you a discount for your 2nd stay 😉 ................. All essential and accessible rooms are upstairs and are served by a staircase that is now secured by a removable child barrier. The exterior staircase has been covered with a non-slip coating but there is no such thing as zero risk. Finally, the facade of the house and one of the outbuildings (closed) need to be renovated. I hope to be able to do this soon, especially thanks to Airbnb "income" ;-) For four-legged companions (limited to 1 per stay), we count on you to bring plaids/blankets to protect beds and sofas. A leash could be useful. (garden enclosed by 2 walls and... a hedge on the left side). Even if it is said to bring good luck, be sure to pick up dog waste. 😂 Please consider this information before booking. ..............................................
